Welcome to ServicePoint’s TechPortal. By accessing or using TechPortal, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility: TechPortal is available exclusively to authorized Technicians (W2 employees or 1099 contractors) performing technical services on behalf of ServicePoint and its customers.
- Purpose of Use: The platform must only be used for official work-related activities, including the acceptance, management, and completion of assigned WorkOrders, as issued through the integrated SalesForce system.
- Account Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate and current information, including your full name, phone number, and email address. You authorize ServicePoint to use this information for assignment, management, communication, and verification purposes related to the services you perform.
- Work Documentation: You agree to upload all required documents, including but not limited to photographs, signed work orders, completion forms, and other necessary documentation through TechPortal. All documents submitted must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
- Conduct Requirements: You must use TechPortal in a professional and responsible manner. Unauthorized use, including uploading false or misleading documents, sharing login credentials, or attempting to access information outside of your assigned work, is strictly prohibited.
- Technology Requirements: You are responsible for maintaining your mobile device, internet access, and any tools necessary to access and use TechPortal effectively.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all ServicePoint policies, customer requirements, and applicable laws while using TechPortal.
- Modification or Termination of Access: ServicePoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to TechPortal at any time for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice.
- Acceptance: Your continued use of TechPortal constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any future updates.
